'54 to '57 U.S. Army Okinawa 596th engr group.
Crash 325 with your little bomb you carried around was it a 11" in size and Navy saying they didn't have a bomb on the battle ship Mo. due to the size of there guns were only 16".
Guess they didn't want it to bounce leaving the barrel.

Also have J.D. green and Allis orange tractors.

Our bomb bays held 500 gallon gas tanks. The A-bomb we carried would just barley fit.
When running lean and just hanging in the air we could fly 16 hours or more.
On one flight they didn't want us to land because of weird tides in the bay. I kept hitting the "Empty" tanks and kept us up another couple of hours or so. Could only do each empty tank for a few seconds as the pumps were cooled by the fuel.

Yep!
20 years Army, last seven as senior CI agent, prior to that was Bandsman, still photographer, motion picture photographer, photo lab tech, SSB radio repairman, personnel specialist, secretary/stenographer, and Admin NCO. Retired and spent 10 years as Operations Security Consultant. Went back to work for DOD and spent another 10 years as Senior Security Clearance Adjudicator. Guess it took me a while to figure out what I really wanted to be - Retired!
