It happens with my 3037 from time to time. I just keep a box wrench in the cab for when it gets finicky. Loosen the bolt and the pin slides right in.
Then, you figure out that if you pull the handle too far in opening, THAT'S when it jams. Just don't go ripping at the handles. It'll work just fine.
I think I caught my left on in the up position, once picking up my pallet forks and bent it pretty severely. I just pounded it back straight.
Little did I know that it would hamper the closure of the pin into the various attachments.
Bought another handle. Just haven't installed it yet.
It's on the list, though.:laughing:
