Am I the only one with a Sticky Lever ?
LOL, and of course by that I mean my drivers side quick attach lever. It has a very tough time locking back into place. The pin doesn't line up properly with the hole, and I have to use a pry bar to position it.
I'm wondering if this is an adjustment issue (and if so, where should I adjust it?)... Or if it's a defective part.
Passenger side works well. It's not the bucket itself, because it happens on my QA forks too.
Thoughts?

You might try spraying some lubricant on it.

Of course, that was the first thing I tried. That's not the fix.

Sometimes mine tend to be tough to release. I think it may be due to dirt getting on the pins. I have a cheater pipe to slide over the lever when it jams. When I wash the tractor with the pressure washer, i spray the pin mechanism good, and grease it up good. Works fine for awhile, but the grease attracts the dirt.

I grease the cam plates that push against the springs too. They have gotten sticky when dry.
The system isn't broken...
...it's fixed!

Nothing quick release about that. Looks like a pin alignment issue. Might be something a bit off with the hole when the bucket was welded together. If you know anyone close by with a skidsteer you can try mounting their bucket, forks or spear to see if the bucket or the pin is the problem.

Never had mine to not engage. Mine will jam when trying to pull the lever up to disengage the bucket.

The exact same thing happens when using my QA forks too.
The quick release part is fine, it's the QA part that slows me down.
I'll try to take the mechanism apart and see if anything is broken or misaligned inside.
