Serial number help

I am thinking about buying a r4047h. Dealer says it's a new with 8 hrs. The serial number 2106012183. Does anyone know how to tell the year of the tractor? Thanks.

I don't know that those records exist and/or are published. No one much cares about the "year". Most important are the model number, specs associated with that model and hours on the unit.
