Must have been a fire sale :-) since that price is less than my cost. Next time you see it let me know so I can buy it. Buck |

That price sounds ok. I think you might be able to get lower though. I know the mmm is quite expensive but I paid 15,350 for my 2615hst w/ loader and bushhog rc for comparison.

I thought maybe the 2015 HST in with the same configuation would be a little cheaper, but it is $15,300 too. I was comparing the 2415 and 2015 to the new Kubota B2320 at $14,800. The Mahindra capacities spec out a bit better, but the Kubota has a few extra features like the 3 range HST and drive over deck. The Mahindra dealer says he has only sold about 3 belly mowers in 7 years and that the belly mower was the reason for the added expense. The Mahindra 60" deck was priced at $2700 and the Kubota was $2150. I thought the Mahindras would be priced a little better, but I am still going to drive them all none the less.

The Mahindra deck is made by Woods here in the states, and that is a premium deck. Also compare apples to apples. If you check the physical dimentions on the tractor and the weight you will see the Mahindra 2415 is quite a bit larger and heavier tractor, and the loader lifts 300 lbs more. Mowing lawn takes a lawn mower and either tractor will perform equally well, but when it comes to pulling or loader work the Mahindra will work rings arround the Kubota 2320. Check out your specs closely.

Actually, a better apples to apples comparison would be the 2415 vs the 2620, since the 2415 has the 2615 motor. In those regards, the tractors are more similar. The Mahindra is a bit heavier and the loader lifts 100lbs more, but the Kubota has a little more breakout force and more features. I know they are both nice machines. I will just have to see which fits best. It will be used for mowing 3 acres 95% of the time.
