Don't have one, but have a feeling that a new model is on the way. So you might be able to get a deal on one, or wait and get the new improved one when it comes out.

My neighbor has one and likes it. All the TYM made rebranded Mahindras will be gone before too long. Mahindra is working on their own cab tractors. I'd bet it will be a while yet though.
What would your uses for the machine be? I've driven them and personally I think they are underpowered, but then again I'm used to the 7010. |

And if you end up with the 8560, you will think that the 7010 is lacking for power. ![]()

The local Mahindra dealer emailed a quote of $26614 for a cash price and said they'd have to order one.
I have 38 acres that is currently row crop that I want to convert to pasture and cow/calf on. So my usage would be brushhogging, fencing, winter overseeding, spraying, aerating, throwing bales in winter, 1800 foot driveway maintenance and some FEL work. 30 of the acres is level. The other 8 acres is terraced and not steep. I do not plan on haybailing and will likely hire out the initial plowing and sprigging or have a friend who has a 4020 Deere and plow/seed drill help me out. I am also looking at Kioti's DK45S Cab tractor. I think I would really like to have a cab if possible but am also considering a 50+HP 4WD open station utility tractor. Lots of choices and I really want to get the purchase right the first time. My wife initially thought this tractor thing was only going to be about 10K and was not happy when I mentioned $25-27000. I only paid about $9k more for the 7010 (loader, bale spear, and pallet forks)and it's almost twice the tractor.
If you don't have to have a cab take a hard look at the 30 series Mahindras. Even though you don't intend to bale right now wouldn't it be nice to know you have the hp if you ever need to? |

I agree with you. It seems you can get into a REALLY nice tractor for about $35-40k. My two college age kids and other family financial commitments mean the $25-27k is as far as I can stretch.
