Default Any news on 86hp Mahindra?

Anyone got any news on the 86hp tractor Mahindra has out? It is not on their web site, but I hear it is out without the cab. Any word on when it will be out?

I assume you are refering to the 8560. It's actually an 83 hp machine. Looked the ROPS version over at the dealer last week. It's a massive looking tractor. Looks just like the 7520 except bigger. The dealer said it would be available in the cab configuration late spring. Then only on a limited basis. Supposed to be at the NFMS in Louisville Ky in Feb, but I aint holding my breath.

I actually found a dealer that has an 8650 but no cab. Mahindra's web site has reference to it in the financing but not in the models offered section.

I do not actually know, but I think that it looks like a 7520 with an inner cooler and a vent to accommodate that cooler. Although I imagine that there may be other minor differences also. Sure would be nice to see one with the cab.

Here's a link

NEW MAHINDRA 8560 4-WHEEL DRIVE TRACTOR

The loader lift is 4100 lbs to full height with a breakout force of 5830 lbs. 83 hp with 70 at the pto. 12F 12R synchro shuttle. 17 gpm hydraulics. 5500 lb lift capacity at the 3 pt.. The Rops weighs in at 7297 lbs.. Wears 11.2x24 front and 16.9x30 rears. 13.1 ft turning radius.
Mt. View is right it's a wet sleeved, 17.2:1 compression, 203.2 ci, 4 cylinder that's turbocharged and intercooled. Also is a direct injection engine.
I picked up the brochure on it since I've anxiously awaited this beast for a couple years now.
After looking it over and hearing the price I'm not sure I would have waited. The 7010 can do almost anything this tractor could do. For me the size of the 7010 is a plus. Like I said this new one is a massive tractor.

What type of shift/transmission does the 7010 have? Does the cab have air and heat?

16x16 shuttle, air heat, it has it all. Just not as nice as the 8560 will be.

To be honest, if I were looking at a 7010, I would consider the TYM version.

TYM manufactures the 7010 for Mahindra, as well as the T7074 for Montana. The Mahindra version uses a Mahindra engine, the Montana and TYM (T700) versions use Deere engines. The TYM T903 looks like a great deal, 90 engine HP (CAT 4cyl. diesel), 4wd, cab tractor, 32x32 powershift power shuttle trans. I saw an ad for one on TractorHouse at $42,300. Nice tractor! That would fit my hay operation nicely.
