Default Front Mount Snowblowers

Does anyone have a front mount snowblower on a Mahindra 2615? Is there even one available? Seems like such a waste to have the mid-mount PTO but be unable to use it for anything but a mower deck. I could really use a snowblower, but have no desire to drive backwards with a 3PT unit.

I know Erskine makes a front mount unit but it is powered by the rear pto with the drive shaft and frame under the tractor. I have and realy like the 3pt rear pull type that they make. I drive over the snow then the blower picks it up and blows it out. There is a cutting edge on the bottom of the blower so it cleans it up nice. I have used the back up type before and they are a pain in the neck to use. With the rear pull blower you can keep the loader on. Everyone has their own opinion but I will never go with a back up type again now that I have more options.

My .02 cents. I have a Massey with the front mount 2650 which is made in Canada for them by the same people who make Kubotas front mount snowblower (the unit is identical except for different paint and decals) and from what I have seen the parts look the same with different P/N s I know because its easier to get Kubota replacement parts and they fit perfectly on my Massey blower, I think the Co. name is RADTECH and they have a whole range of blowers front and rear mount. You are also right about facing forward, no stiff neck and I feel control, steering and vision is much better with a front mount Like I said just my .02 cents. One more point, the front blower is more money but hey, I'm hoping for a bonus check from AIG (Fat Chance of that!)
