Default Boosting Horsepower

I have a mahindra 2810hst with a daedong engine, when mowing and going up hill the engine starts to bog out, any ideas on squeezing out a few more hp out of this particular engine. It has been a good dependable tractor and is 6 years old and out of warranty. The only beef is that it is under powered, wish I had the extra money back then to go with the 35hp model.

Gav64,
Maybe let it breath better with a bigger air filter. Air filters are always a good cheap place to go for more power. Is the airfilter clean? Check out Welcome to Agricredit for some good used auction tractors in 30 and 35 hp.
hugs, Brandi

More power and dependability do not mix
We can put a 35 injector pump and injectors in it at the tune of I'm guessing around $1,500

I would have to dig much deeper if this is something you would want to do.

Slow down. We have TYM 330 HST alias Mahindra 3510 with 33 HP Kubota engine with the same issue. Initially when it was new I always instinctively pushed on the pedal when it started to bog down. I quickly learned that with HST you should do the opposite.

We live in a barn (aircraft hanger) converted into a house.
If you can walk naked out of your house and p@e from your front steps then you can claim that you don't live just on an acreage but you live in the country.
