Mahindra 5530- need help with battery replacement

Need to replace my battery. Can anyone tell me if theres an easy way to remove it, or does the air cleaner have to be removed? Thanks

I have a 5500 4x4 and i have to remove my air cleaner and all the panels, its not that bad of a job, just takes a little time. Havent change my battery yet, had to clean the post and add a new end. So far my battery is 4 years old and still working good. 3 years is a normal life. Just been lucky so far.

I just replaced the battery in my '08 5525. On mine, you have to remove the sheet metal in front of the battery, then the battery slides out toward the front. The metal is held on by 4 bolts (2 on each side).
