when i recieved my 5035 the connecting link that connects the top lift arm to the lower lift arm has two hole and mine was set in the lower hole once I changed to the upper hole the lift was much better. I was useing a post hole digger. and it would not lift the auger off the ground. once I changed to the top hole it lifted the auger off the ground, not by much but enough to drill the hole. and the right side has the adjustable screw.
