Default 4110 hydraulics problem

I'm looking for some information concerning the hydraulics circuit. My 4110 has locked up twice, the pump was replaced the first time, the dealer indicated that the pump was fine and had no idea why I had trouble. Today it locked up again using the FEL, when I loosened the fittings to the pump and re-tightened, everything worked for about 2 hours. While using the FEL, locked up again. This time nothing seems to work. I'm guessing that there is a valve somewhere that is stuck. Any info would be appreciated.

If your 4110 is new check and see if the loader valve is made by Nimco if so they may be a problem with the relief valve .If this is the case have your dealer call mahindra tech support to get a replacement relief valve for loader i have seen 3 tractors with this problem.

I have a Nimco controller . I pulled the two large nuts on the inside of the controller. One has a valve assembly, I cleaned it with compressed air and re-assembled. Everything has worked for about 3hrs. I'm going to talk to my dealer this week. Thanks for the help, it saved me some aggitation.

As Outback can attest, there have been some problems with those valves. However, Outback and some others should have received some other replacement parts to try and fix the problem. Please have the dealers check for the replacement parts rather than blindly ordering new valves.
