I have a 2013 6530 and the operators manual doesn't list what needs to be done to service the turbo. Do I need to do anything other then keep the engine oil changed per the manual?

A turbo should not need to be "serviced"
Keys to long turbo life are:
As you mentioned scheduled oil changes.
Let the tractor idle for a few minutes before shutting it down after working it.
The turbo shaft spins on a film of oil. If you shut it down when very hot the turbo will bake the oil in it.
Make sure that your air filter stays clean and does not develop holes that would allow dirt past.
Finally, if you trailer the tractor cover the exhaust. The wind could cause the turbo to spin, and with out the engine running the turbo is not getting lubricated and will wear out quickly.
