Shifter frozen

I have a Mahindra 4530 with only 55 hours. In cold weather I cannot shift gears. Gear box seems frozen. Any tips?

If your talking about the 1-4 shifter there are two grease fittings on the box itself... keep it packed good and full and it will help.

What he said, and use low temp, synthetic grease.
