I was thinking of using the same type tie down ring that IH782 used but to weld them to the front of the frame as indicated in this picture. Do you think the frame is strong enough there?

Shouldn't be a problem if you have to have 4 points. That what your going for? We just use two cross chains

When you say 4 points do you men 2 in the front and 2 in the back? I planned on 2 in the front and a clevis in the drag link in the rear.

Like 4 chains and 4 booms... some DOT require it

you would have to have hooks built for your trailer floor but the loader frame below the cab is a good point.. I usually just do what your talking about with one chain then the other on the cross bar for the loader brackets in the front... wish they all had the front towbumper like the 5500 series and Mpower series has... makes life easy
