mahindra 3510 problems shifting gears

my mahindra is giving me problems going into gear.
at times i can only get it into low third.
any advice/comments would be appreciated

I have heard a couple dealers mention that you need to know how to adjust the clutch when speaking of the 3510 model. The last one I drove seemed really smooth throughout the gears changes, then again, it had 4 hrs on the clock.
