I just bought a new one (2015hst)w/loader a couple months ago for 12,300. If you take away 25% of that it is around 9,225. I heard someone say that a used one should bring about that percentage off. Or that might have been a trade in. Not sure but that will give you a ballpark.

Does $9k sound fair (quoted by seller)?
I lived in Chesterfield for 9 yrs, and just finished my home and moved up to Carmel Church (6 miles north of Kings Dominion) exit 104 off of I-95. I'm a native Richmonder. I think there are about 100 or so of us. I love it here. |

This link might give you an idea how good a deal that is for that tractor...take away the cost of the backhoe and mower and you are in the $9,000 range at a dealer.
