Default Nice move by Mahindra.

MAHINDRA USA

Mahindra USA will be the first tractor manufacturer in the U.S. to offer live 24/7 customer support.

Just one thing, they will have to measure up to the dealers that are on this Mahindra
forum, who have help numerous mahindra owners time after time

If you think tech supprt from India will be helpful, try calling Dell computer tech support and then make your decision....

Remember though, there are substantial differences in the skill sets that are requried to provide tech support on computers as opposed to tractors. From 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. you'll probably get someone from the U.S. After that time, you'll probably get someone off-shore. As someone else stated, some support is better than no support. Mahindra should be applauded for the effort and the initiative. This is a fine example of commitment to the customer.

Just my thoughts.

You know this is funny but in the case of Mahindra getting support from India where the tractors are made may actually be a PLUS!

Like everyone else said. Support from anywhere is better than no support.

Let's let it work for a while before we make judgements. Hopefully, anyone using it will report their experiences on this site. I know I will.
I'm optomistic.

Keep in mind that you can choose to use the online chat support instead of talking on the phone.
