Price Check 1952 / 1953 MF tractor - need pricing opinion --

I am looking at the following gasser MF, circa 1952 --

-- all I need if for is driveway plowing, and he is potentially interested in a partial trade for my three-wheeler --

-- thoughts on $2K?

Also, wtf would I do with a rear PTO fork-lift?

Farm tractor, PTO, 3 point hitch, front snow plow, more

Sorry for the snow pic's but that shows her ready for snow removal. Very nice (Massey) Ferguson tractor with front plow that has hydro turn & lift. Rear PTO and 3 pt. hitch. Starts and runs in the coldest weather. Tractor has no leaks. Like new tires, rears are loaded, tractor has suitcase weights and is great in heavy snow. Rims are in great shape. Lights all work. Also, included is a rear fork lift. Brush hog and 2 bottom plow have already been sold. No known problems with the tractor except for the brakes may need some work (adjustment?) if you need her for hilly areas. I have contacts for hauling her if needed.

Willing to give someone a great deal at a reasonable price, I am thinking the low $2,000 range would be fair. Will consider interesting + or - trade for fun items like, snowmobile, boat, atv, jet ski, etc.

TO 30 Ferguson. Price is fair based on description. VERY popular tractor over the years. Easy to get parts for. Easy to work on. (very simple design) At auction, they sell for $2500 to $3000 on a routine basis in these parts. If it does what you need, and is in as good of a condition as described, I'd say go for it!

That looks like a very nice TO-30 unless it has serious hidden problems.

As shown it would bring well in excess of $2,000 in my area.

If it is in mechanical condition as described and plow works, buy it
