Buying a property in which the current owner has a MF 1020 with Turf tires and a 5ft finish mower (don't know the maker). Tractor has around 1400 hrs on it. I also have no idea what year it was built nor seen it in person. Lets assume it is a mid to late '80's model and in good condition. I believe it is 2WD
Guy wants $3500 and probably won't move off that price.
15 Acres to mow (pasture and grass).
I really would like to have an
FEL and don't know if one can be had for this tractor, but if the price of the tractor package is a steal, I might just do it and then re-sell when I find something with an
FEL.
What say the masses?
