Price Check 1990 Massey Ferguson 231 w/ 232 front end bucket

Can someone help me determine the price I should put on my Dads tractor? 1990 Massey Ferguson 231 w/ 232 front end bucket About 200hrs run time. Has been weathered outside so looks kinda rough. Not positive of year. Here's data tag info. MF 231 5681 G 22084. Located outside Houston Texas

I just bought a similar one ( a Massey 240 which is about the same as a 231) with the 232 loader also in rough esthetic condition but sound mechanically, with about 600 hours, for $5800. While shopping, I was seeing them for $5500 up to $7500. I think about 6 grand would be reasonable. That is low hours on his. Condition of tires could also be a factor. I removed the loader on mine and sold it for $1500 pretty easily. Had lots of calls for it. I just saw a 231 nearby without a loader in nice condition as far a paint, for $7900, but I think that is a little high. These are pretty common.
