Default Where are the GC2300 owners?

I haven't seen many posts from GC2300 owners. How about someone doing a review. I checked one out before I bought a BX2200. Unfortunately re: the GC2300, 1. they were hard to find, 2. the dealers in my area didn't show alot of excitement in stocking and selling them, and 3. The only one I did find needed some refinement.
I've always liked MF and hope the GC2300 is as good as the other models they make. Lets hear from some owners who have some hours on them. Any problems or praise?

I'm curious, who manufactures the GC2300? Does MF assemble it like JD with Yanmar and NH with Shibauro (sp?)

I believe that all of Massey Ferguson compacts are made by Iseki. I know that my 1455v was, as there is a data plate with Iseki on it.
The GC2300 apparently is in short supply. I've not seen any at my dealer at all. I don't really have an interest in a tractor that small for my use, but would like to look it over so I would know more about it.

My dealer told me that MF totally missed the compact market and is now scrambling to get production up. When I was looking around for a tractor he had very few on the lot and really wasn't able to get anything else exc from another dealer. The getting something from another dealer avenue wasnt a sure bet b/c unless the unit had been around for a while they werent willing to part w/ it. I think MF really needs to pay better attention. jimg

The Massey GC2300 is a great value. I talked to a Dealer today in Western NC and he sold 10 last month and yes they are in short supply. Seems the going price is $8500 without the MMM deck and $9,850 with the MMM.
