Hi, I have been considering the MF 2605 with DL250 loader.

Looking to lift up to 2000 lb. load with forks. Palletized loads with load center at about 18".

The specs say "lift capacity at pins- full height" is 2952 lbs.

"Lift capacity to full height at 800 mm forward of pins" is 1780 lbs.

"Breakout force 800 mm forward of pins" is 2747 lbs.

And I want to do this with a Quick Tach (Bobcat style) fork setup. So the fork and Quick Tach adapter weigh about 600 lbs. And 800 mm= 31.5". So if my actual load center is 18"...31.5" minus 18" = 13.5" leftover for the dimension from pins to fork surface (should be pretty close?)

So if this is true, my actual lift capacity to full height minus the fork and quick tach adapter weight is only 1180 lbs.

But I'm never going to be lifting pallets to any more than maybe 4-5' to load/unload from trucks or trailers...

So how does one interpret the data to know if this will handle up to 2000 lbs. at 4-5' high at my load center?

Or, better yet, does anyone own this setup already and know that it will do it????

I recently bought a 2605 with loader and love the tractor. I can say that the tractor can lift at least 1600 pounds. I recenlty moved a large truck motor that weighed that weight at the scrap yard. The tractor lifted it on to the trailer fine but could have used a little more weight in the rear.
