The yellow button by the steering wheel is the button for the PTO. You twist it to the right to engage it, then you just have to press or bump down on it and it turns by its self to disengage.
I haven't been able to take any pictures, one of my kids borrowed my camera.

Hey Jerry,

That pedal is a bit on the hard side to describe. I just usually call them a rocker pedal myself.

Yes, it is Woodbeef. It is a rocker, that would have been easier to have said. I was thinking treadle, as in Kubota. I don't know if anyone else has a rocker like that or not.

JerryG, thanks for posting the pic. Do you have a FEL? If so, where is your joystick for your loader?

Yes, I have a MF 1466 loader. The joystick is on the loader up-right.
