Buying Advice ID this Tractor

Hey Everyone-
I am hopefully picking up this MF tractor this weekend. I am getting it for a song, and I've been wanting a gasser to fix up. I don't even have data plate information on it right now. Can anyone tell me if its a 100 or 200 series? I'm guessing its a 35, or 40, but I can't tell. The large hydraulic cylinder on the left side makes me think 200 series. After buying and fixing up my MF 65 Diesel-matic last year, I kind of have a soft spot for Masseys, and as I said, the price was right. Engine is (or was) free. I know the starter is bad. She needs at least one rear tire. I'm sure there are plenty of other issues as well, but it has been sitting for 6 years. Other than the fact that the condition is poor, I'm looking for advice on what exactly it is, and if whatever it is happens to be, is a tractor I should stay away based on model. Any Help or insight would be appreciated!

Find the serial # and then check both series on tractor data. The serial #'s should be different for both series. Tractor data can help locate serial # if you have difficulty.

Im currently in Germany. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I can't see that preventing me form even viewing posts. . I can access all other Forums I usually get on in the states no problem. Yesterdays tractors website brings up the most search hits on google for the Massey Im trying to ID, and I can't even view the threads .I can get on the website fine, The website isn't blocked, it just says Forum Use Disabled..Ill keep trying. Let me know if you can at least view threads. If you can, its probably my german internet blocking it. Lots of privacy stuff going on over here currently. Seems like every website i click on requires me to accept cookies and terms of use. Its getting kind of old...

Something from the 240 to 580 range. The distinct location of the air filter might be the giveaway for photo analysis. Scale of the pics suggests the lower end of the range.
Get the Seriel number and ring a local parts specialists for advise.
