Your details are too vague give you much of an answer but here's what came to mind.
If you have water in the fluid it could be causing the fluid to foam up and displace the air in the system until it was pushing out the breather. This could also happen by using the wrong fluid.
It's too full.
I would suggest re-asking your question but include some details pertaining to the conditions that make it overflow.
