MF 135 DIESEL LEAK AROUND THROTTLE SHAFT ON INJECTOR PUMP!!!!

The throttle shaft on top of the injection pump for my 135 Perkins diesel tractor is leaking. Can it be easily repaired installed on the tractor or does the pump have to be removed for repair? This is the only problem with the pump and would like to stay away from having to remove the pump and retime everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it can be repaired without removing the pump but it must be done in the correct sequence, if you would like to drop me an email i will send you an article showing how to fix it.
