You are right no PTO. That is not unusual with a construction model.

I would bet it would be cheaper to buy a tractor with PTO then trying to add it and the 3PH to that one.

i had an old 30b with no pto looked into it and was very expensive. heard atleast on the 30 that when you hit the reverse pedal the pto reverses. killed some people in england.(this is all from charlie the who could give you any pary for the 30 without looking in the book) he said mf stopped putting them on after that. so i later sold it and got the 1547...

Thanks for the info guys, I guess I'll just consider this tractor to be what it is, no adding a PTO or backhoe ( just due to $ )

do you have a FEL on it???? if so (at least on my dads Massey Industrial 30, the BH runs off of the power beyond port on the FEL control block.

edit: looks like you have a FEL, can you post a couple of pix of the FEL control block??? including the make/model of the block

The FEL has two shifter like levers that are joined together in a complicated manner, one lever controls the height of the arm, one controls the angle of the bucket, and moving them both together opens and closes the jaws. I'll get pictures of it this weekend. I've seen pure hydraulic snow blowers, looks like that's what I would need.
The gannon grader has three up down levers, one raises and lowers it, one raises and lowers the rippers and the third changes the angle.

Why do you want/need a PTO? Is it to operate a brush mower? just add a hydraulic motor with a PTO output shaft and use your bucket mount for the 3 point hitch.
