Massey 2300 Tractor

I was told that I need a switch/tran or I guess a transmission switch for my tractor. What is the function of this part 3758794m91?

Its a neutral start switch. It senses if the range lever is in gear or in the neutral position. If it senses the lever is not in the neutral postion, it will not let you start the tractor.
