    Default Gauge replacement on MF35

Can anybody give me some advice on how to get the dash off my MF35 to reach/replace the gauges (stupid question because I'm sure most of you can)? I've got loose wires up under the dash, the hour meter doesn't work, and I'm not sure about the temp. gauge so I want to replace them all. However I can't figure out how to take the dash off to get at them.
Thanks for the advice and any pics as to where to begin.

    Jim
