Manual Shuttle......How to Shift Fwd to Rev

I own a MF 50c with a 6 Speed Manual Shuttle Transmision. What is the correct procedure to shift from forward to reverse or vice versa. Is it necessary to shift the transmission and or High/Low into neutral, or can you just stop, press the clutch pedal and change directions? Thank you

If it is a shuttle shift then just push in the clutch and move the shuttle.

I would only add to what has been said, that you want to come to a stop, before letting out the clutch, when changing direction. This will avoid taking the face off of the clutch.
