MF 175 dry brakes to wet brakes

I'm moving on from overhauling the engine to the brake system. 1974 MF 175 square axles. I've noticed there is a conversion kit on the market for dry to wet brakes for about $850.00-$1000.00. I've also noticed that the kit seems to include new actuators, discs, rods and seals, and differential plates. if anyone has changed over please let me know what other components come with the kit. I'm wondering if used MF 275 differential plates combined with
wet brake components would equal the wet brake kit at a substantial cost savings.
