This old iron is great, I would not underestimate it by any means.

Old iron is definitely capable of much more than many people realize. A newer 4wd tractor has it's advantages, but so does an older 2wd tractor which is easier to work on with fewer things to go wrong with it. Parts can sometimes be a problem with older tractors, but not if one is careful to select one that still has good parts availability.
