The AGCO Parts Books website contains FREE parts lists and parts diagrams for many different brands of tractors and other equipment and can be accessed by using the link shown below.

Over the past year or so, I've found the AGCO Parts Books website to be extremely useful as I worked towards restoring my Massey Ferguson 135 tractor and helped people with any questions they may have had. Realizing that the AGCO Parts Books website could be potentially confusing to people who may not be computer savvy, I decided to write this guide. Much of the AGCO Parts Books website is self-explanatory, so this guide is not intended to be all-inclusive, and will only cover specific areas which are most likely to be useful.
Prerequisites: The AGCO Parts Books website requires JavaScript to be enabled. It also requires Microsoft Silverlight to be installed or the parts diagrams will not be visible and you will only be able to view parts lists. Other functionality will also be limited. Most newer computers and browsers may already have Microsoft Silverlight installed. If not, you can download it from the link shown below. Versions for PC's and Mac's are available.

To begin using the AGCO Parts Books website, you must first sign in by using your dealer-supplied credentials, or by clicking the "Guest User" login button indicated by the large red arrow in the image below.
Tip: Users in some countries may not see the "Guest User" login button.
Before viewing the parts diagrams, you must first locate the appropriate parts book by using one of three possible methods.
After locating and opening the appropriate parts book, you should then see to the primary parts page, which is divided into several distinct sections. The parts diagram and parts list sections are initially empty until an item in the Table of Contents section is selected. Some sections may be re-sized by using "dividers" that turn grey when you hover over them with the mouse. Click on the portion of the "divider" with three dots "..." and drag it to the desired position. The location of movable "dividers" is indicated by double red arrows in the image below.
The parts diagram toolbar becomes visible when you hover the mouse cursor over the parts diagram section, and disappears when you hover the mouse cursor to another section. It contains several options to allow you to easily manipulate the parts diagram. Hover the mouse cursor over each icon and a label for that icon will appear.
The parts book code is displayed in the upper left corner of the table of contents section and the upper right corner of the parts list section. The parts book page number is displayed in the upper right corner of the parts list section. The item ID number is displayed in the parts list section and within the parts diagram itself, where the currently selected item ID number will be red in color.
The parts list section often contains additional notes at the bottom of the section for any given part in the list. Notes typically have a capital letter linking it to the part(s) it applies to. Parts list notes are different than and separate from Manufacturer notes.
Some parts in the parts list section may have a capital letter linking them with other parts within a group of parts in the list, but with no note associated with them. For example, the description for a parts kit may state... (Contains all items marked "E"), where all parts with the capital letter "E" would be contained within the parts kit. Some parts may have multiple capital letter designations, with each meaning something different. For example, one letter may link the part to a note, and another letter may link it to other parts.
If a part within the parts list section has no item ID or part number, it is most likely a part of a kit or an assembly and may not be available separately. If different parts within the parts list section have the same item ID but different part numbers, they are different versions or revisions of the same part.
Tip: Some parts may have the letters "AR" in the quantity column, which simply means "as required".
To add parts to the Basket, click on the icon displayed to the left of the Part Number in the Parts List and the Part and its details will be added to the Basket. After adding a part to the Basket, you may modify the Part Number, Quantity, Description, and Comments by clicking the Edit icon on the left of the item row, then editing the appropriate input boxes, as required. To save your changes, click the check mark icon on the left of the item row. Parts may be removed from the basket by clicking the "X" icon to the left of each row. Clicking the "Clear" menu option will remove all items from the Basket.
Parts may also be printed or exported to a CSV (comma delimited) text file which is compatible with Microsoft Excel and many other applications. The following is an example of a CSV Export file:

Tip: If the basket is not visible, it will appear after a part has been added, or by enabling it from the main menu toolbar by clicking View --> Hide/Show Basket from the main menu. If you have to assemble a large list of parts, the basket can be extremely useful.

- Search: Enter your model number in the "Search by Model" input box, then select your brand from the drop-down listbox (All Brands is the default) and click the "Search" button. While a search can be conducted by only using the "Model" input box, it's advisable to also select a "Brand" from the drop-down listbox to help narrow down the search results. Check the "Exact Match" checkbox to further narrow the search results. Performing a search by using the "Search by Chassis Number" input box only returns model year and/or warranty information, mostly pertaining to loaders and backhoes, not parts books or diagrams.
. - Browse Books: Click the "Browse" menu option at the top left corner of the page, click the "Browse Books" menu option, then click through the list of brands to narrow down the results until a link to the appropriate book is shown.
. - Book Code: Click the "Browse" menu option at the top left corner of the page, then click the "Open Book by Codes" menu option and enter the book code. Page number and item ID are optional.

- Banner: Contains the company logo and contact information. This section only becomes visible after enabling it from the menu toolbar by clicking View --> Hide/Show Banner from the main menu.
. - Menu Toolbar: Contains primary navigation links including Home, Browse, View, Print, Help, and links for searching within an individual book or returning to the last global search. The small icons to the right are for navigating site history (green icons) or individual pages within the currently opened book (blue icons).
. - Table of Contents: Contains categories for major sections or sub-assemblies such as the engine, cylinder head, steering, hydraulics, wiring, etc... Hovering over a row with the mouse causes the row color to change to light blue. Clicking on a row causes it to change to dark blue and makes the parts diagram pane automatically display the appropriate parts diagram.
. - Parts Diagram: Contains a picture of the parts diagram with item ID numbers. Clicking a part or it's item ID number causes the number to become highlighted in red and the parts list automatically jumps to that item. Hovering the mouse cursor over an item ID causes it's part number and description to be temporarily displayed. Requires Microsoft Silverlight to be installed.
. - Parts List: Contains a list of parts with the item number, part number, quantity, and description. Hovering over a row with the mouse causes the row color to change to light blue. Clicking on a row causes it to change to dark blue and makes the parts diagram automatically jump to the part and highlight it's item number in red. When the description of a part is preceded with a capital letter in parentheses, there is usually a note at the bottom of the list with further information about the part. Clicking the icon next to a part causes it to be added to the basket, also known as a pick list.
. - Basket: Contains a list of parts that have been manually added by clicking the icon next to each part within the parts list section. This section only becomes visible after enabling it from the menu toolbar by clicking View --> Hide/Show Basket from the main menu or after a part has been manually added to the list.
. - Notes: Contains notes (typically from the manufacturer) pertaining to substitute part numbers, omissions, changes, corrections, etc... This section is only visible if notes exist, where a popup with the notes will appear when the page is first loaded. Once the popup is closed, the notes can be accessed again by clicking on the note link within this section.

- Zoom In: Click to zoom in on the center of the currently displayed area of the diagram.
- Zoom Out: Click to zoom out on the center of the currently displayed area of the diagram.
- Zoom Fit: Click to display the entire diagram.
- Pin / Un-pin Toolbar: Click to "pin"/"un-pin" or "dock"/"un-dock" the diagram toolbar to the top of the diagram section.

- Print to PDF: Allows you to print the current page, current parts list, current picture (diagram), or current zoomed picture (diagram) to a PDF file. Simply click the "Print" option within the main menu toolbar and a "Print" popup will appear with several printing options to choose from. Click the "Ok" link and a dialog box will open prompting you to save the generated PDF file to your computer.
. - Print basket to Printer: Allows you to print the parts list contained in the basket to the printer. Simply click the "Print" option within the basket menu toolbar and a "Print Preview" popup with the parts list contained in the basket will appear. Click the "Print" link within the popup to print to your printer.
