What type of quick attach are you looking at? I bought a Speeco quick hitch when I had my Kubota BX23 (subcompact) - and I kept it when I went to a Kubota B3200. It definitely makes swapping implements easier on the 3pt - and for me it made hooking up implements a simple back and pick up operation - vs - the 1/2 hour of cursing and manhandling it was taking to get some things attached before.
I use a speeco on my B7510. Made life so much easier in the summer time since I don't have to sweat and curse for half an hour to hook up a 3 point implement. On the B3200 I use something similar to Pat's quick hitch. The ones that fit on the end of the lift arms. I cut a 2" diameter pvc pipe the right length to hold the arms apart when backing up to an implement. I have used bungy cords strategically place to do the same thing. I find that attaching a pto driveline is easier with the end of arm hook type quick attach. That is just my preference. Either way attaching an implement is a one man 10 minute job. Great upgrade.
If you are thinking about a quick hitch look at the JD imatch. IMO it is the nicest qh out there. You have better visibility with it than a speeco style QH.
