I have a mid 90's model 362. 2 remotes. Pto, pwr steering etc work perfectly, however: 3pt hitch will only raise if revved up, and begins lowering immediately if I idle it back down. Will not lift at all if draft lever is down. (of course) It makes no difference if the lift speed slide by the dipstick is forward or back. Tractor also has proper amount of permatran oil in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
