What's the extra cylinder for?

In the link below the MF 245 has what appears to be an extra hydraulic cylinder coming off of the left hand side of the loader? Does anyone know the purpose of that cylinder?

Appears to be a power steering/power assist cylinder. Sure looks like its hooked to the spindle knuckle.

Power steering? I can't enlarge the picture but that's what it looks like to me.
