Can armrest be added to GC1720

Does anyone have any idea if arm rest can be added to the seat on a GC1720? There are metal covers on the sides of the seat back, but I cannot seem to locate arm rest in any of the parts catalogs. Thanks in advance!

have you contacted a dealer to ask? I have seen some arms for our type of chairs on the internet but I have n o idea of the bolt pattern..

I have talked to the dealer and they looked in the parts book and said no arms were available. I have looked at the parts book and it doesn't show any arms in the pictures. If no armrest are available, then why did they have an area on the seat back with covers where armrest would go. Do you remember the website you were looking at when you saw armrest for our type of seat.

Tractor Supply sells a replacement seat with arm rest. I am pretty sure it will fit. I have been looking at one for my GC1705. My John Deere 1025R had arm rest and I miss that.
