Dad\'s MF35 needs hydraulic help!
My Dad's MF35 has been having some problems (he uses it to brush hog his fields). He says after he cuts for a while the hydraulics won't lift the deck anymore. Now, I have not seen it do this myself, but I'm assuming his description is accurate. He claims there is enough fluid in it based on the dipstick, and that it does not appear to be foamed up. I'm not real confident in that last - when Dad says, "no, no, it's fine", I usually know I should look! Maintenance is not his big thing. Does anyone have any suggestions or hear of this before? Also, what fluid does that take? My TO20 uses the old Ford/Ferguson straight mineral oil, but I don't know about the MF35. Anything I can find out before I dive into this would be a help!
