After I run the back hoe on my 2310 and the hydrualic oil gets hot, when the hoe is stessed, I get a severe whinning sounding from the tractor. I'm not sure where exactly it's coming from, but sounds like the rear end. The hoe seems not to have as much power after it runs for twenty minutes in 90 degree weather and starts the whinning when it's worked hard.
My assessment is that when the fluid bypass's a valve due to to much strain on the hoe, the whinning starts. It does not due this when you first start digging and works fine, but after it warms up the problem starts. I believe that either the pump is bad or the fluid is breaking down.
I called my dealer, which is along ways away and talked to the mechanic, who recommended checking to make sure all the lines were tight and call him back if it happens again. I did this before I called them.

Anyone else experience this?
