    Portable Jump Starter

I have both the Jump ‘n Carry and the NOCO Genius 5. Each have their own uses and have served me very well. The Jump ‘n Carry is a heavy sumB, so be aware of that. The nice thing about the NOCO other than its size, is that it will bring a dead battery back to life, where most chargers don’t have...

FEL plow vs. rear blade for 1 mile of infrequent chipseal road snow removal

No wonder it takes you so long. Im guessing by using that grapple for moving snow, it’s probably as useful as it would be to move sand or liquid water. Ha! That’s a heck of a blade though. What length is that one? And do you mind if I ask what that one cost when you bought it?

Complete change of topic, but after watching that video my back hurts. I’m not sure why anyone would choose to make their roof that pitch, especially going into it knowing they were the one who would be sheathing and roofing it. Even in my younger days, a 12/12 or even 10/12 was enough to give...

You just have to clean it off. Same goes for the chaff that accumulates on the radiator, oil cooler and a/c fins (for those with a cab). As @5030 mentioned, you don’t always park next to the barn when you shut your tractor off and therefore don’t alway have access to an air compressor or blower...

Wow…really? You can’t beat that price. I debated buying a milwaukee since I have plenty of their 18v batteries already, but now you have me debating that idea. Usually I tend to steer away from HF because of their cheap knock of items, but I’ve been told about a couple things they carry that are...

    Interesting observations...

Why did you use clay and wax? Doesn’t clay and spray do the job of the wax, or were you using clay just to smooth things out in prep for wax? I’m no expert on this which is why I’m asking. I know there are some new products out there that use clay bars and a spray-on-wipe-off form of wax/polish...

I use a backpack blower to clean off the top of my mower deck and some of the loose grass on my tractor, but normally for cleaning out the radiator, coolers and air filter, I will use one of these “air combs”. I bought two different lengths and one of the 90° guns...

    Hay sled demand?

My property is anything but even, and I haven’t had any digging. Granted the front end of my sled is raised off the ground a bit from the cable rope attachment I made (similar to the ones they used on the website). The only issue I ran into was the weight of the sled and the ability to store it...

    Hay sled demand?

I know this won’t help your students, but it may give some others ideas of thinking outside the box. This is what I use around our property to move large square bales, round bales, logs, brush…etc. I’ve had mine for a few years now, one of the originals and it has held up quite well. The thing...

    Pricing pallet forks

I think you made the right choice by having it delivered to the hub. I’m not sure if you could offload that grapple by yourself without rolling it off the back of the TT. Probably not the best option for a brand new purchase. Ha! Without trying to take away from the OP and since we are still...

Are you able to or have you tried mowing without the FEL on the tractor? Mine having a cab makes it that much more unstable with the FEL on it. A couple years ago I removed the belly mower and have only used the rear discharge since. That change in addition to the loaded tires, wheel weights and...

    Pricing pallet forks

I have purchased a couple items from Express Steel over the years. Having a set of tin snips handy, I was able to offload the pallet forks and quick attach frame by hand. The tractor and loader were not needed. Since owning them I haven’t needed to pay any Liftgate fee for any other purchased...

20° in a cabbed tractor will definitely cause that stomach drop, especially if you do find that soft spot, hole or rock sticking out. You need a mini-excavator for any of the work near water. Not that it’s required, just reduces the pucker factor.

“If you know how to use it…” Great video! This should be shown to ever new tractor owner/user prior to purchase. Just as every tractor should be sold with a ballast box or the owner should have to sign a waiver that they own or have access to some form of rear ballast. The number of new owners...
