Wondering if this is where the fill point is. Looks as though a hydraulic hose has been fitted where perhaps the fill point was. Any suggestions?

Hi guys, I have a Yanmar AF28, which was a grey import into Australia. I'm keen to change the transmission fluid and filter but have two problems: I can't locate the dipstick/fluid window or the filler point. This tractor runs an external transmission filter, so that will be easy to change...
