Thanks, that product is available locally. I am planning on just spraying a etch primer on it and then blast it with fish oil just as initial treatment. When winter comes around I will do more research on other products and things like the Rustoleom bottom paint. Another farmer suggested that I...
Thanks for the reply.
I will look into the UMHW sheet option. But it seems like a lot of work. I have to slash the property so might leave it till next winter.
I have pressure washed the bottom and its pristine clean now, but its rusty on the mild steel.
A family member who does 4wd off road...
Its a Generic Chinese EFGC155. The bearings that I changed on the flail drum. The bearings were the standard UC207. They are a pillow insert bearing. I requested help on how to remove them on the forum and got a reply. The bearing is twisted out rather than pressed in or out. It is a flawed...
I have just finished changing bearings on the flail mower shaft.
I have cleaned up the bottom of grass and mud. Since I am down there, I thought that I would clean some surface grass and mud and give it a good paint job. Certainly the crap enamel paint that came from the Chinese factory is...
I found that bearing is the insert type bearing Type UC207 with 35mm shaft. Its a common insert bearing.
Just beware that for some reason the Chinese manuals try to throw people off by describing the bearing as UC205 which is small size. For this machine, its a UC207 they are readily available...
Thanks M, It worked a treat. Worked the 2 bolts in and it came straight off. There was some rust in the holes so the bolt holes looked undersize. I cleaned the holes and they matched the socket head screw size. Thanks for quickly reply and advice.

My straight axel diesel MF135 never had battery cover latches since I bought it.
I thought I would buy and put these latches on. I ordered a Sparex S41228 battery clip for the lid.
I am bit confused by the parts supplied and how they all are supposed to fit using the supplied parts. What is...
My Straight axel MF135 has a oil leak around the bolts on the Throttle footrest.
I have tightened down the bolts but the leak is small but persistent.
I cant see a gasket in the parts book between the footrest mount and the transmission body.
Does anyone know if a gasket is used or just...
In the process of bleeding my MF135 because of starting problem loosened the fuel lines near the injector. I also loosened the 3rd rear most injector line. When I screwed it back and did the bleed process again and then tightening the nut the not tightened right down till there was no thread...
I made a clutch inspection plate for my MF135.
I have scanned the plate. I then cleaned the scan up in a drawing program. I would add 3 to 6mm to the edge since its rough ground with a angle grinder. Please check the hole sizes and location they seem alright on my MF135 but had to file some...
I have this starting issue with my MF135.
1. I cleaned the tank
2. Replaced the filters
3. Everything up to the injection pump has been purged and bled.
4. Replaced the lift pump with a new unit
5. Blew out all the fuel lines
6. Checked the glow plug and neutral safety switch wiring (no oil...
After ordering and being sent the wrong fuel sender for my MF135 fuel tank, i though I would post the pertinent data.
My MF135 has a larger capacity tank. There is a regular tank and the large capacity tank, the sender should match the type of tank.
The Original sender on my large capacity...
I have just been through the fuel sender and fuel gauge blues.
Both my original sender and original meter were faulty.
What is staggering is that it seems that where I live anyway most dealers seem clueless that the sender and the meter have to be matched.
You cant get the impedance in ohms...
