New to hydraulics. I have a hydraulic cylinder running off a rear remote on my tractor to rotate the chute on my snow blower. The cylinder acts very quickly when running at PTO speed and I would like to slow it down. How do I slow the speed of the cylinder while maintaining the PTO speed?
