Firmly push the brake pedals down and pull the orange lever shown above up to lock them in place
The lever might go down to lock?? I can't remember. I do it so often it's just muscle memory
Air carbon arc cutting is what I would do. You can remove the weld and pull the part out without damaging the bucket

I watched it and the seal was dry. It should be oiled. All air filter seals should be greased or oiled. Anyone that thinks otherwise needs to educate themselves
