I have been having trouble with one of the brakes on my tractor. When I removed the cover and took the pads out I noticed they are full of oil, also the drum is oil soaked. I wouldnt think this is normal , is it? Should the brake pad anchor opposite the cam and lever pivot ?

I am looking at a ym1700 with a koyker 80 loader. It is 2 wheel drive so I am a little concerned if it will have the traction to move and push snow in winter. It will be used on a gravel driveway. Also the asking price is $4800 it is in very good shape and indicates 475 hours. Any comments and...
