Interesting, I bought a Texas Bragg here in Missouri in '04. Untreated wood on mine too, have replaced the wood twice. I avoided treated wood because government restricts them to salt based chemicals, which would eat up the steel.
The frame is holding up well so far.
Sorry to hear of those tractor issues. My local dealer 5 miles down the road discontinued carrying Mahindra due to ridiculously slow delivery of parts. I just hope and pray I don't have any issues with mine.

If your hydraulic system is in good shape you should not lose lifting power when warm. It is likely that you have some internal leakage in the system, such as the seals on the lift cylinder. The cold fluid is thicker, it loses some viscosity at higher temperature, thus can get past worn seals...
It appears to be a shift linkage adjustment issue, perhaps the linkage may not be fully engaging the gears. It may be somewhat related to the high range to low range shifting difficulty.

I just finished doing the 50 hr oil and filter change on my Mahindra eMax 22, the Innovant 3 jaw removal tool referenced in this thread came to the rescue. Some day when I feel adventurous I will do the hydraulics.
