Hello, when trying to check my right axle oil it is always shoots oil at me is it vented why does it force oil out the top plug?

Hope I will be happy with it seems to be more tractor then the others I was looking at weights over a hundred pounds more.

Looking at a Z-turn 42" with a Honda GXV 530cc motor for $2750.00. Motor alone has me leaning that way and it is made by Toro and has a large cast iron front end, but the deck looks so so. Would this be a good deal?
