Ok I have a customer with a BX23 and it has los about 2-3 quarts of Hydro fluid within a month or 2. He has 90 hours on the machine. It doesn't leak out it just gets low and loses some hydro power. There is about 90 hours on the machine. And my mechanics don't want to be bothered here right...
I don't own a TC45 but I am a salesman. I noticed on a new one w/hydro there is a odd noise coming from the left side(if your sitting in the seat) it's like a scraping noise and when you put up the rpm's it gets louder and faster.
I sold a customer a used TC45 w/hydro with only 140 hours on it...

Just curious because at the fairs around here no company ever puts out any tractors and im just wondering why. I know if i saw them at the fair it would make me start thinking that I wanted a new tractor hehe.

The speed govoner is just a spring it looks like to me. SO if you wanted more speed wouldn't you just get a different length spring? I would think a smaller one because then the arm can pull the plate out farther. I don't own an RTV im just looking at sketches of the motor.
