    Even if it's new. I would look at the drive tension and also the liner. maybe has an 030 liner or the liner could have been damaged when installed....

    Porosity is nearly always a gas issue. Gun angle could be a slim part of it but check to see that you are really getting at least 15cfh at the weld....
